About Our Dance Team
WHAT ARE THE JUNIOR JACKETTES?
Jr. Jackettes are geared for our older cheerleading girls whom we feel can pull double duties as a
Yellow Jacket cheerleader and dancer. It’s the best of both worlds! Our girls will learn at least
3 fun routines which incorporate hip-hop, jazz, and precision movements. Prior dance
experience is not necessary; however we do not encourage 5, 6 and 7 year olds participation as
these girls need to spend their attention solely to cheerleading.
***Unfortunately, because of the tremendous popularity, success, and high standards we have
for the Jr. Jackettes, it may be necessary to hold a small, very casual audition in groups.***
